TIER POINTS
Tier Points are allocated based on Eligible Spend as defined below.
Members will earn 1 Tier Point for every $10 (incl GST) of Eligible Spend.
ELIGIBLE SPEND
Only certain types of expenditure will count towards a Member’s Eligible Spend. This includes:
purchases through the Penfolds.com website;
- purchases via Penfolds telephone sales;
- purchases at official Penfolds events;
- purchasing tickets to official Penfolds events; or
- purchases made at Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Door, Magill Estate Kitchen and Magill Estate Restaurant, including wine, experiences and merchandise.
Refunds, returns or purchases made using discount vouchers or discount codes do not count towards Eligible Spend. However, purchases made using Gift Vouchers do count towards Eligible Spend.
TIER BENEFITS
Each member who is allocated to a Tier will receive the benefits outlined below whilst they remain on that Tier:
Friends of Penfolds (Level 1)
- $20 Welcome Voucher off first purchase (minimum order value of $150);
- $20 Birthday Voucher (minimum order value of $150, to be redeemed during your birthday month);
- Exclusive pricing and special offers;
- Access to new release and curated selections; and
- Wine tips for cellaring, drinking and food pairing.
Kalimna Silver (Level 2)
- $25 Birthday Voucher (minimum order value of $150, to be redeemed during your birthday month);
- Exclusive pricing and special offers;
- Access to new release and curated selections;
- Wine tips for cellaring, drinking and food pairing;
- Access to expert telephone Wine Advisors; and
- Cellar Door Benefits (as outlined below).
Kalimna Red (Level 3)
- $30 Birthday Voucher (minimum order value of $150, to be redeemed during your birthday month);
- Annual Gift based on your tier each May. Annual Gift will be available in May 2026. Redeemable with a purchase of any value;
- Exclusive pricing and special offers;
- Access to new release and curated selections;
- Wine tips for cellaring, drinking and food pairing;
- Access to expert telephone Wine Advisors; and
- Cellar Door Benefits (as outlined below).
Kalimna Black (Level 4)
- $35 Birthday Voucher (minimum order value of $150, to be redeemed during your birthday month);
- Annual Gift based on your tier each May. Annual Gift will be available in May 2026. Redeemable with a purchase of any value;

- Access to new release and curated selections
- Wine tips for cellaring, drinking and food pairing

The following terms apply to all Program benefits, rewards or offers:
1. Benefits or offers cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
2. Birthday vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount vouchers or codes and are subject to any further terms stated on or with the vouchers. Limit of one birthday voucher per person per year.
3. Only Members of the Program are eligible to use and redeem any Program rewards, benefits or offers. Only Members who receive our emails are eligible to use and redeem any Program rewards, benefits or offers.
4. Any rewards, benefits (including bonus gifts with purchase), or other offers communicated as part of the Program:
(a) may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption conditions;
(b) are subject to availability and if a benefit (or element of a benefit) is unavailable for any reason, Penfolds may provide another benefit of equal or higher value;
(d) are subject to change at any time as determined by Penfolds in its absolute and sole discretion.
CELLAR DOOR BENEFITS
Depending on their Tier, Members will be eligible for certain complimentary experiences at the Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Doors. Experiences must be booked in advance by contacting the Cellar Door directly or using the booking links and codes provided. Members may be asked for their contact details to verify their membership status. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details regarding use of your personal information.
Kalimna Silver (Level 2) – Complimentary Experience
- Daily tasting flight including six wines, valued at $20pp
Kalimna Silver (Level 2) Members are invited to bring one guests (18+) to the above Complimentary Experiences. Members can redeem each Complimentary Experiences once per membership year, unless promoted to a higher tier during that period in which case they can redeem the experiences for that next Tier.
Kalimna Red (Level 3) – Complimentary Experiences
- Daily tasting flight including six wines, valued at $20pp
- Reserve tasting flight, including three wines, valued at $40pp
- A taste of current vintage Grange in your birthday month (Members only, not available to guests).

Members can redeem each Complimentary Experiences once per membership year, unless promoted to a higher tier during that period in which case they can redeem the experiences for that next Tier.
Kalimna Black (Level 4) – Complimentary Experiences
- Daily tasting flight including six wines, valued at $20pp
- Reserve tasting flight, including three wines, valued at $40pp
- Penfolds Ultimate Experience, including Magill Estate tour, covering our vintage cellar, underground drives and more and tasting, valued at $175pp
- A taste of current vintage Grange in your birthday month (Members only, not available to guests)
Kalimna Black (Level 4) Members are invited to bring five guests (18+) to the above Complimentary Experiences. Members can redeem each Complimentary Experiences once per membership year, unless promoted to a higher tier during that period in which case they can redeem the experiences for that next Tier.
CHANGE OF DETAILS

Liability
1. Nothing in these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights that members may have under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
2. Except for conditions, warranties and representations expressly stated in these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, to the extent permitted by law each party excludes all conditions, warranties and representations under or in connection with the Program and these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
3. To the extent permitted by law, a party's liability for breach of any condition, warranty or guarantee imposed by statute that cannot be excluded and the other party's sole and exclusive remedy in relation to such breach will be limited to (at the first party's election):
A. in the case of goods:
i. replacement or repair of the goods or supplying the equivalent goods again; or
ii. paying the cost of replacing or repairing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and
B. in the case of services:
i. supplying the services again; or
ii. paying the cost of having the services supplied again.
4. To the full extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other party for any Consequential Loss arising out of or in relation to the Program or these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. In this clause, Consequential Loss means special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, indirect or consequential losses, as well as business interruption losses, loss of revenue, anticipated savings, profits, goodwill, reputation, interest or business opportunity, and loss of information or data (including the costs of recovering or reconstructing any lost or corrupted data).
5. Each party's total aggregate liability in respect of any claim, loss, damage, expense or liability arising under or in connection with the Program or these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (including in negligence) will not exceed $10,000.
6. Each party's liability under or in connection with the Program or these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (including in negligence) will be reduced by the extent, if any, to which the other party contributed to that liability.
General terms and conditions
1. Penfolds is not responsible for any tax implications arising from any member participating in the Program or receiving any benefit under it.
2. Penfolds may exclude or suspend a member from the Program or from receiving benefits under the Program if the member:
A. engages in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Program;
B. acts in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
C. does anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of Penfolds, its brands, or any of its related entities or contractors;
D. breaches any law in connection with the Program or their participation in the Program; or
E. behaves in a way that is otherwise inappropriate in Penfolds reasonable opinion.
3. Neither party will be responsible for a failure to perform any obligation under these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or in connection with the Program to the extent that it is caused by a Force Majeure Event, provided that such party has:
A. taken all reasonable steps to prevent and avoid the effects of the Force Majeure Event;
B. taken all reasonable steps to overcome and mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure Event as soon as reasonably practicable; and
C. provided reasonable notice to the other party of the impact of the Force Majeure Event.
In this clause, Force Majeure Event means an event or circumstance whose occurrence and effects could not reasonably have been prevented or overcome, such as earthquake, war, natural disaster, fire, flood, storm, riot, civil commotion, industrial dispute, malicious damage, failure of any utility service or transport network, virus, denial of service attack, other acts or omissions or service outages by third parties, or breakdown of plant or equipment.
4. A member must not assign or attempt to assign any right or liability under these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of Penfolds. Penfolds may assign its rights and liabilities under these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, or novate these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions, to a related company that has the resources and expertise to fully perform these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions and each member must provide all reasonable co-operation for this purpose.
5. Any term of these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions that is expressed to survive, or by its nature survives, the termination or expiry of these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions will survive and continue in effect following termination or expiry of these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
6. All references to $ in these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are to Australian dollars.
7. Penfolds may amend these Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions from time to time, provided that the amendments do not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to members. The amended Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions will apply from the time they are posted on the Penfolds website or otherwise notified to members.
8. Penfolds may terminate the Program by notifying members on the Penfolds website or otherwise, provided that Penfolds provides sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to members.
9. These Penfolds Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
